Mongolian Caviar is pungent quite strong cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka shimiin arkhi and 30ml roe caviar amber and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just warm glass then add shot of mongolian vodka into glass and add amber caviar roe to glass and add cocktail bread and spoon on the side and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
