Method
  1. Make tapioca with coconut cream.
  2. Cold set tapioca into glass if cold.
  3. Sprinkle candied coconut flesh on top.
  4. Sprinkle coconut rum on top.
  5. Serve with spoon.

Momentum is succulent mild cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum coconut shipwreck and 30ml coconut cream with 90ml cassava pudding and best with dessert type dishes. Just make tapioca with coconut cream then cold set tapioca into glass if cold and sprinkle candied coconut flesh on top. Sprinkle coconut rum on top and serve with spoon and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
