Method - Layered - Cold

Pack the ice into glass.
Add in the gin.
Pour in the tonic water.
Sprinkle the grasa on top.
Garnish with dried lemon.

Gin Firestarter - Firestarter Gin is pure juniper with pepper and pine sap delivered with a mild prickle.

Grasa Cotnari - Cotnari Grasa or Grasa de Cotnari is a Transylvanian native varietal is now most famously associated with the Cotnari Vineyard in Moldova.

Tonic Water - Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Dried - Dried Lemon is sun dried or dehydrat lemon used to dress and flavour lemon cocktails.

Moldcell is delectable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml gin firestarter and 15ml grasa cotnari with 45ml tonic water as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just pack the ice into glass then add in the gin and pour in the tonic water. Sprinkle the grasa on top and garnish with dried lemon and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
