Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.

Rum Dark Pussers 15years - Pussers rum aged 15 years is a dark amber color with a classic demerara sugar molasses and fruits with island spices and caramel with full and round warm smooth flavour.

Curacao Blue Giffard - Liqueur of a deep blue caribbean color with a fine flavor of sour and sweet oranges.

Galliano - Galliano is a sweet herbal liqueur made with licorice and anisette flavour and with a light yellow color.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Moira is heavenly strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum dark pussers 15years and 15ml curacao blue giffard with 15ml galliano as well as 50ml cream including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
