Method
  1. Fill glass with ice to chill.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick dry shake without ice.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.

Modified Peckerhead is flavoursome full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml amaretto liqueur charles regnier and 15ml bourbon evan williams with 15ml honey liqueur as well as 40ml pineapple juice including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add all ingredients to shaker and quick dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
