Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to bar mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish top with apple.

Minton is restoring very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml gin dry whitley neill and 30ml apple cider with 10ml bitters quince as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to bar mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and garnish top with apple and served in a martini glass cold.
