Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass over ice.
  5. Top with soda.
  6. Garnish with mint.

Mint Collins is delicious medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml peppermint liqueur green baitz and 15ml vodka beenleigh cane cutter with 30ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda and stir well. Strain into glass over ice and top with soda and garnish with mint and served in a highball glass cold.
