  1. Chill flute.

Minerva is appetitoso strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml galliano and 15ml pear liqueur bols with 70ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just chill flute then add galliano liqueur and add pear liqueur. Pour in sparking white wine and garnish with batonnet of pear and served in a flute glass cold.
