Minaki is succulent weak cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml blueberry liqueur briottet and 10ml lime juice with 10ml egg white as well as 40ml blueberry soda including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour in liqueur and lime and add in the egg white. Vigorously shake and stir in the blueberry soda and pour all into rocks glass then add more ice to glass and dress with blue berries and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
