Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with three peel twist.

Amarula Gold - Amarula Gold is made from the fruit of the marula tree which is also locally called the Elephant tree or the Marriage Tree.

Licor 43 - Licor 43 or cuarentay tres is a liqueur made from citrus and fruit juices flavoured with vanilla and other aromatic herbs and spices for a total 43 different ingredients.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Migrate is zesty quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml amarula gold and 30ml licor 43 with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml lemon juice including 10ml orange juice also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and garnish with three peel twist and served in a martini glass cold.
