Midtown Girl is moreish full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin pink antidote and 30ml soda water with 40ml champagne rose and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place pink gin into glass then add in a shot of pink gin and pour in a little soda water. Add in the rose champagne and served in a flute glass cold.
