Method - Poured - Cold

In a tall glass add ice cubes.
Pour in white clear rum.
Add a little orange juice.
Top with soda water.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Midshipman is scrumptious strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum light white grove and 15ml orange juice with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just in a tall glass add ice cubes then pour in white clear rum and add a little orange juice. Top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
