Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Quick shake to mix.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with dried apricot.

Brandy Apricot Merlet - Merlet Apricot Brandy or lune dAbricot has a strong nutty flavor of apricot and orange yellow color.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Apricot Dried - Dried Apricot are sun dried with a soft texture and bright color with a sweet apricot flavour.

Midnight is flavoursome quite strong cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml brandy apricot merlet and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with dried apricot and served in a liqueur glass cold.
