Mexican Mermaid is flavorous quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila reposado don julio and 15ml rum coconut captain morgan with 15ml curacao orange potters as well as 30ml pineapple juice including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour all ingredients into shaker over ice and shake the hell out of it. Pour everything into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with pineapple and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
