Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Slice half moons of citrus add to shaker.
  3. Pour in brandy and syrup.
  4. Add the pineapple juice.
  5. Shake well.
  6. Pour into glass and top glass with ice.

Metropolitan Hotel Punch is good looking full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml brandy wilthener vsop and 15ml raspberry syrup with 40ml pineapple juice as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then slice half moons of citrus add to shaker and pour in brandy and syrup. Add the pineapple juice and shake well and pour into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
