Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Pour all into rocks glass.
  5. Pack more ice cubes into glass.

Metropolitan Classic is fortifying very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml brandy grunewald and 40ml vermouth dry with 10ml bitters as well as 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Pour all into rocks glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
