Method - Shaken - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over ice.
Add ginger soda.

Mango Juice - Mango juice is also an excellent source of antioxidants including vitamin C.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ambrosia Syrup - Ambrosia Syrup is made by mixing equal parts of vanilla syrup and strawberry syrup.

Merlins Treat is moreish watery cocktail with no alcohol. Shaken with 30ml mango juice and 30ml pineapple juice with 30ml orange juice as well as 10ml ambrosia syrup including 30ml ginger ale soda also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just pack ice into glass then place ice into shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and add ginger soda and served in a goblet glass cold.
