  1. Chill glass.
  2. Add scoop of apricot ice cream to glass.
  3. Pour over liqueurs.
  4. Serve with gold cocktail spoon.
  5. Sprinkle apricot brunoise on top.

Built with 30ml chartreuse liqueur yellow and 30ml apricot liqueur with 50ml ice cream apricot and best with dessert type dishes. Just chill glass then add scoop of apricot ice cream to glass and pour over liqueurs and serve with gold cocktail spoon and sprinkle apricot brunoise on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
