Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into glass over ice.

Melon Liqueur - Melon flavor liqueur made with melons and sugar green in color.

Bourbon San Diego - San Diego Bourbon made with corn mash and barley and hints of vanilla bean rose buds and caramel candy on the nose finishing with shades of resinous oak.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Melon Splash is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml melon liqueur and 15ml bourbon san diego with 10ml lime juice as well as 30ml lemon soda including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
