  1. Add ice to blender.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend until slurry smooth.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Garnish with honeydew melon.

Melon Rock is dainty medium cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml honeydew melon liqueur and 50ml honeydew melon pulp with 30ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 90ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until slurry smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with honeydew melon and served in a poco grande glass cold.
