Melancholy is beguiling quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin beefeater and 30ml cherry liqueur giffard with 30ml strawberry juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice cubes and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
