Okolehao - Okolehao made by sailors from fermented roots of the ti plant in the 1780s. In 1790 an escaped convict brought distillation to Hawaii using the ti beverage to produce a highly alcoholic spirit which became Hawaiis only indigenous alcohol.

Media For Everyone is stimulating smooth cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml okolehao and 60ml pineapple soda with 200ml beer brew and good with afternoon tea. Just add the okolehao into glass then pour in the pineapple soda and layer in the beer and served in a highball glass cold.
