Method
  1. Warm glass and water.
  2. Add sake into warm glass.
  3. Pour in the gin.
  4. Stir in the hot water to taste.

Just warm glass and water then add sake into warm glass and pour in the gin. Stir in the hot water to taste and serve with sushi and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
