Maverick is mouth watering quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml vodka 42 below passionfruit and 15ml amaretto with 15ml orange liqueur as well as 30ml pineapple juice including 10ml galliano vanilla also 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place the ice cubes into glass then add shot of vodka and pour in amaretto and orange liqueur. Add pineapple juice and sprinkle galliano on top and served in a highball glass cold.
