Mathilda is gorgeous weak cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml pistachio liqueur castle glen and 30ml cream with 15ml pistachio pulp as well as 15ml pistachio syrup torani including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add a little ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with candy coated pistachios and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
