Matcha Mojito is delicioso average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum light white and 20ml tea matcha with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml matcha syrup including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place half the ice into shaker then drop in the mint leaves and pour in the white rum and tea. Pour in the juice and syrup and served in a highball glass cold.
