  1. Brew tea.
  2. Add ice to glass.
  3. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Pour into glass.

Matcha Highball is flavoursome above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky super nikka and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml honey as well as 30ml tea matcha including 20ml soda water also 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just brew tea then add ice to glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and pour into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
