Mastic Mule Cocktail

Mastiha Liqueur

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Mix well.
Strain into glass.
Pleasant Tasting

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Cider - Cider is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented juice of apples.

Saffron syrup - Saffron syrup is made by cooking saffron sugar and water until thick and bright yellow in color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Mastic Mule is pleasant tasting strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 20ml vodka and 30ml mastiha liqueur with 10ml lime juice as well as 30ml cider including 10ml saffron syrup also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
