Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with peel.
Palatable

Gin Herno - Herno Gin is a collaboration between Herno Swedish Gin and Four Pillars following and made at Four Pillars with their master distiller Cam Mackenzie and Herno founder Jon Hilgren using unique Swedish and Australian botanicals.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Maraschino Liqueur - Maraschino is a liqueur from the distillation of Marasca cherries.

Martine is palatable very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin herno and 30ml vermouth dry with 20ml maraschino liqueur as well as 10ml bitters orange angostura including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
