  1. Make orange jelly and set into glass.
  2. Pour in evaporated milk.
  3. Add in mango liqueur.
  4. Serve with cocktail spoon

Just make orange jelly and set into glass then pour in evaporated milk and add in mango liqueur and serve with cocktail spoon and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
