Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into glass over ice.
Garnish with mandarin.

Built with 60ml wine red chianti and 10ml mandarin liqueur with 30ml mandarin soda as well as 190ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with mandarin and served in a highball glass cold.
