Method
  1. Half fill glass with ice.
  2. Add gin.
  3. Add mandarin juice.
  4. Top with soda water or flat water.
  5. Garnish with a slice mandarin.

Mandarin Gimlet is piquant tonic full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin dry scapegrace and 30ml mandarin juice with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just half fill glass with ice then add gin and add mandarin juice. Top with soda water or flat water and garnish with a slice mandarin and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
