Manama Spider is good looking watery cocktail with no alcohol. Built with 30ml pomegranate juice and 30ml pomegranate pulp with 50ml sorbet pomelo as well as 60ml lemon soda and good with afternoon tea. Just add pomelo sorbet into glass then pour in juice and pulp and top with soda and add in long cocktail spoon and served in a highball glass cold.
