Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Dry stir well without ice.
Pour into glass over ice.
Good with salty fish fingers.

Yuzu Liqueur - Yuzu liqueur is made by distilling yuzu citrus.

Mandarin Liqueur - Mandarin Liqueur is made by distilling mandarin juice and mandarin zest into a rich liquer.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Fish Fingers - Fish fingers made with white fish and then shaped into a long finger then crumbed and cooked until golden brown.

Manaaki is tasteful full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml yuzu liqueur and 30ml mandarin liqueur with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Pour into glass over ice and good with salty fish fingers and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
