Maltese Bombe is pleasant tasting strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml orange liqueur blood cointreau and 30ml tangerine liqueur aelred with 10ml cream as well as 30ml ice cream vanilla and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add scoop of vanilla ice cream to glass then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour into glass over ice cream and sprinkle candied tangerine peel on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
