Mai Tai Spritz is qustoso strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum gold amber and 10ml orange liqueur with 40ml sparkling wine white as well as 10ml lime juice including 10ml demerara syrup also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in nip of golden rum and add lime juice and sugar syrup. Pour in sparkling white wine and drizzle orange liqueur on top and served in a highball glass cold.
