Mai Tai is piatti gustosi very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum bundaberg and 15ml rum dark with 15ml curacao briottet as well as 20ml lime juice including 10ml palm syrup also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and fill glass with more ice and finished with lime, pineapple, cherry and mint and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
