Method - Poured - Cold

Put the ice cubes into glass.
Add blue curacao to glass.
Pour in gin.
Add splash of lemon juice.
Add lemon soda.
Float white rum on top.
Agradavel

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Gin Distil On The Hill - Distil on the Hill gin is a delicately balanced blend of juniper native raspberry local orange blossom macadamia pink pepper and zesty lemon.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Built with 15ml curacao blue and 15ml rum light white with 15ml gin distil on the hill as well as 10ml lemon juice including 45ml lemon soda also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just put the ice cubes into glass then add blue curacao to glass and pour in gin. Add splash of lemon juice and add lemon soda and float white rum on top and served in a highball glass cold.
