Method
  1. Brew long back tea.
  2. Add orange liqueur into glass.
  3. Pour in the tea.
  4. Stir in the Marmalade jam.
  5. Add madeleine cakes on the side.

Madeleine De Proust is delicieux watered down cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml orange liqueur and 30ml jam marmalade with 190ml tea orange pekoe and good with afternoon tea. Just brew long back tea then add orange liqueur into glass and pour in the tea. Stir in the Marmalade jam and add madeleine cakes on the side and served in a coffee glass warm.
