Madeleine is deliciosa quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml mandarin liqueur meiri and 20ml gin dry three chain road with 30ml cream as well as 10ml mandarin syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put ice cubes into shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and sprinkle candied mandarin on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
