Madam is scrumptious average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml maraschino liqueur giffard and 15ml cherry juice with 70ml sparkling wine red and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add the cherry to glass then pour in the cherry liqueur and add the sparkling red wine. Sprinkle the cherry juice on top and served in a flute glass cold.
