Built with 20ml peach liqueur bottega and 20ml peach pulp with 60ml sparkling wine white and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just use ice cold glass then add in the peach pulp and pour in the peach liqueur. Add in the sparkling white wine and add thin slice of peach to glass and served in a flute glass cold.
