Method - Shaken - Cold

Add all ingredients to shaker.
Dry Shake.
Place ice into shaker.
Shake well.
Pour all into glass.
Flavoursome

Bitters Orange - Orange bitters is a form of bitters a cocktail flavoring made from the peels of Seville oranges cardamom caraway seed coriander and burnt sugar in an alcohol base.

Hibiscus Syrup - Hibiscus flowers syrup.

Soursop Juice - Soursop Juice also called custard apple juice is pulped and strained soursop fruit until rich and creamy and light in color.

Egg White - White of a egg also called albumen or the glair glaire used to make your cocktail fluffy you can also use Aquafaba.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Luke is flavoursome full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum light white and 10ml bitters orange with 10ml hibiscus syrup as well as 30ml soursop juice including 10ml egg white also 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake and place ice into shaker. Shake well and pour all into glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
