Method
  1. Fill glass with ice to chill.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Strain into glass over ice.

Luau is dainty quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 20ml rum light white and 20ml rum gold amber with 10ml bitters as well as 10ml fassionola syrup including 20ml lime also 20ml passion fruit pulp together with 190ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
