Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Low Tide Martini is gruamach very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml vodka and 20ml vermouth dry extra cinzano with 10ml clam juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
