Sugar Syrup

180ml

Beer Brew Ale Old

30ml

Ice

Lemon Peel

Nutmeg

7% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add lemon peel into glass.
Poir in the sherry and syrup.
Muddle well.
Stir in the ale.
Frop a little ice into glass.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Very Palatable

Lorne Cup is very palatable mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml sherry sweet golden oak and 20ml sugar syrup with 180ml beer brew ale old as well as 30ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add lemon peel into glass then poir in the sherry and syrup and muddle well. Stir in the ale and frop a little ice into glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and served in a highball glass cold.
