Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Rest
  5. Shake again.
  6. Strain into glass.

Shaken with 40ml baijiu tusu 10year and 20ml cognac hennessy vsop with 20ml lemon juice as well as 20ml egg white including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Rest and shake again and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
