Long Hello is revivifying robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 15ml brandy apple adelaide hills distillery and 15ml elderflower liqueur giffard with 10ml bitters peruvian as well as 70ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use cold glass then add apple brandy and pour in elder flower liqueur. Splash in bitters and pour in sparkling white wine and served in a saucer glass cold.
