Method - Shaken - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over ice.
Good with chips and fish fingers.

Anisette - Anisette or Annisette is a colorless spirit flavoured with aniseed. Can also be found sweet and dry versions liqueurs. It is not botanically related to liquorice or licorice root which are sources of similar flavouring compounds.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Chips Potato 10mm - 10mm Potato Chips are a medium cut potato cooked until gold brown.

Fish Fingers - Fish fingers made with white fish and then shaped into a long finger then crumbed and cooked until golden brown.

London Fog is bracing super strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin dry puss and mew and 15ml anisette with 200ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and good with chips and fish fingers and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
