  1. Add ice to shot glass.
  2. Pour in scotch whisky.
  3. Add splash of peppermint liqueur.
  4. Top glass with soda water.

Loch Ness Monster is delightful strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky scotch and 15ml peppermint liqueur with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shot glass then pour in scotch whisky and add splash of peppermint liqueur. Top glass with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
